  • Buyer’s remorse is not a valid reason to expect a refund of any kind.
  • New items that are defective must be returned to the manufacturer.

Our shipping company will provide you with a tracking number or receipt, you can go on their website and follow the steps to login for online tracking or you can also call a toll free line to check the status of your delivery, please request the phone number from one of our team.

How much money will I get for my goods?

For us to answer that question properly, we need to verify the characteristics of the item(s), such as karat percentage, current market price and weight (for gold or precious metals items). Every single kit or package is different and its value depends on the content. To guarantee fair prices, we use a sliding scale that is always growing, based on weight and nature of the material. With this in mind, the process is the same, whether we get a broken ring or a handful of charms or necklaces. Bottom line, the larger the total amount, the more money you will make.
Please do remember, sometimes it doesn’t matter how much you originally paid for a product, you could be offered a smaller amount when you sell it. We can overall estimate, that 98% of our customers are pleased with their payment.

What if I’m not satisfied with the amount you offer?

If you’re not happy for any reason with the payment amount we offer you, please return our check within 3 days of issuance and we will happily return your items as soon as possible.

Do you call before sending out the payment?

We always call before issuing any payment. We would need an accurate phone number to contact you so we can follow up.

How fast will I get my payment?

Understanding that urgency is a critical factor, we use a trustworthy overnight shipping company that will be at your doorstep soon as all information is processed and confirmed. Packages usually arrive the next business day, we process it and then issue the payment. For amounts over $2,500 we have same day account wires.

What happens if my delivery it’s delayed, damaged or lost?

99% of our packages are sent and received on time. There are some rare cases in which some packages are delayed, damaged, or lost while on their way to our stores. If your items are valued at over $500, we encourage our customers to use the U.S. Postal Service and insured the merchandise according to its worth. Gold Crafters Exchange will not be responsible for any packages damaged, delayed, or lost while in transit to our locations.

Is it possible for anyone to visit the Gold Crafters Exchange locations to sell their goods?

Of course, as long as you are over the age of 18 with a valid State I.D.! If you would, please make an appointment with one of our experts to evaluate or discuss the sale of your items or jewelry.
